Finally – after 12 long years – it is done. Yesterday – October the 17th, I finished the final draft of the book, Lasting Happiness: Secrets of the Heart, Mind & Spirit Revealed.

   It was a VERY long haul, but is complete, and a pretty decent first edition.

   There will (of course) be many improvements – and later editions will get the benefit of reader feedback, critical responses, and my own proofreading.

   The book is for sale now (please visit the Home page), and will shortly be appearing in various forms on many book promotion sites.

   But I wanted to comment on this major achievement in a public way, as it is both a milestone and a turning point for my life (hope you don’t mind the mixed metaphors !).
